StackLinked Vast Pro is an AI-powered curriculum tool that generates structured software, framework, and AI/ML courses from user prompts. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to the team that operates and maintains the App.

We intentionally collect as little personal information as possible. Specifically:

• Prompts and conversation content — the topics and questions you type into the App in order to generate a course.
• Device & technical data — basic information such as device type, operating system version, and crash logs, when needed to diagnose issues.
• Communications you send us — if you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share.

The App does not require an account, and we do not knowingly collect your real name, address, government identifiers, payment details, precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone input.

• To generate the requested course content and return it to you.
• To maintain, debug, and improve the App's reliability and quality.
• To respond to support requests you send to us.
• To comply with applicable law and protect against misuse, fraud, or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prompts to build advertising profiles about you.

To generate a course, your prompt is transmitted to a third-party large language model provider (the "AI Provider") that powers the response. The AI Provider processes the prompt solely to return the generated course and is bound by its own privacy and data handling terms.

You should avoid entering sensitive personal information, confidential business data, credentials, or anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.

We share information only as needed to operate the App, specifically with:

• The AI Provider, to generate course responses to your prompts.
• Infrastructure and crash-reporting providers that help us host and stabilize the App.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Conversations in the App are stored on your device for your session and are cleared when you start a new course or uninstall the App. Any technical logs we retain for debugging are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for requests to the AI Provider — to protect information handled by the App. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Because the App does not require an account and stores conversations locally, you can exercise most of these rights yourself by:

• Tapping "New" in the App to clear the current conversation, or
• Uninstalling the App to remove locally stored content.

For any other request related to your data, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction). It is not directed to children under that age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The App may be used globally, and your prompts may be processed in countries other than your own — including by the AI Provider's infrastructure. By using the App you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, the law, or our practices. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this page.
